Bestinet Sdn Bhd (“BESTINET”) is committed to protecting the privacy of the personal information of its employees, clients and other stakeholders; in compliance with the laws of Malaysia (including the Personal Data Protection Act 2010), this Notice and the privacy terms in your agreement(s) with us. We value the trust of those we deal with, and of the public, and recognize that maintaining this trust requires that we be transparent and accountable in how we treat the information that you choose to share with us.

During the course of our various projects and activities, BESTINET frequently gathers and uses information, some of which may be deemed personal in nature. Anyone from whom we collect such information should expect that it will be carefully protected and that any use of, or other dealing with, this information is subject to consent. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless BESTINET, its affiliates, its governing board, officers, agents, employees, partners, funders and suppliers from any liabilities, losses, claims, demands, and expenses (including reasonable lawyer’s fees) related to (a) your use of our website; or (b) violations of this Notice.

Governing Law:

The governing law for this Privacy Policy is the law of Malaysia & Maldives irrespective of your current location or jurisdiction when registering or accessing/using our website.
