USER AGREEMENT

This agreement includes and hereby incorporates by reference the following: Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, which are in effect and may be modified by Bestinet Sdn Bhd (“BESTINET”) from time to time. Subject to the conditions set forth herein, BESTINET may, at its sole discretion, amend this Agreement and other Terms of use and privacy policy at any time by posting a revised version on the site and will provide reasonable notice of any amendment that includes a substantial change. Alternatively, you may visit the Maldives Integrated Foreign Placement System (“MiFPS”) website which contains the Terms of Use and Privacy policy for your viewing, accessible via www.mifps.com.mv. Any revisions to the terms of use and privacy policy will take effect on the noted effective date or when posted if there is no effective date.

Your continued use of this site or the site services after the effective date of the revised version of this agreement or any other Terms of use or Privacy policy constitutes your acceptance of and agreement to be bound by the Terms of Use and Privacy policy as revised.

The content on this website is not, and should not be construed as, an offer, invitation or solicitation to buy or sell any of the products and services mentioned here into such individuals.
